Mel Gibson’s epic tale of Scottish freedom struggles had a not-so-epic mistake when a car managed to sneak its way into a battle scene. It seems that while fighting for independence, someone accidentally brought along a piece of modern technology. It’s hard to imagine the Scots roaring their war cries amidst the revving engines of a four-wheeled contraption. 

This anachronistic hiccup became a legendary blooper in the film’s history, with fans and critics alike playfully questioning if Braveheart’s warriors had mastered the art of time travel. While historical accuracy might have taken a backseat in this instance, it certainly left us with an amusing anecdote to remember.
