2. Fathers and Sons

Adam couldn’t help but think that was always the way of it with fathers and sons. If he had a son one day, he assumed there would be things his son wouldn’t know about him. That was natural. But, he would never leave the way his father did.

Nor would he ever keep secrets like those of his father.

Of that, Adam was certain. He reminded himself of that promise every day.
