Julie Goodyear – Bet Lynch from Coronation Street

Julie Goodyear first appeared as Bet Lynch in Coronation Street on May 25, 1966. She was only meant to appear as a guest, but eventually, she became a series regular. Over her 25 years as Bet Lynch, she became a Coronation Street Icon.

After she left the show in 2003, she has starred in other things. In 2004, she was announced the winner for the first series of the reality TV show, I’m Famous and Frightened! She also participated in another reality TV series Celebrity Fit Club.
