3 City of Angels

Meg Ryan and Nicholas Cage were two of Hollywood’s most successful stars in the 1990s. It was only natural that the two stars starred in Brad Silberling’s City of Angels. This feature was a remake of Wings of Desire from 1987.

Seth (Cage), a fallen angel, is entrusted with watching over people as they transition to the afterlife. He falls for Maggie (Ryan), a surgeon. The story tells the story of Seth, who gives up his angelic existence to become human and spend time with Maggie. However, their story ends tragically.
