Bouncing Back

It seemed like he put his comedic self in the past when Carrey starred in the psychological thriller The Number 23, which was far from what he usually did. Sadly, the movie didn’t turn out to be a hit.

He did manage to bounce back in 2008 with the comedy movie Yes Man, which turned out to be a box office hit. Afterward, he continued to star in comedies and children’s movies again, such as A Christmas Carol, Mr. Popper’s Penguins, and Dumb and Dumber Two.
