Asking The Kids

Before she involved other people into her situation, she wanted to make sure she wasn’t going crazy, so she asked her kids. In a shaky voice, she called them to the living room. When the kids came in, they were surprised to see their mom looking like she had seen a ghost.

She asked her kids if they were also hearing the sounds, but then, the cries had stopped. The children failed to understand what she was trying to say. When they disagreed, the mother thought she was indeed going crazy. However, as the kids were going back to the room, they began to hear a faint cry.
